For the username field:
Use your previous existing username to login. If your username wasn't a @saia.com account, use your previous existing username + "_saia" to login to your existing account. For example, if your previous username was "12345", then it will now be "12345_saia".

All passwords were reset to a generic password that you can get from your training supervisor and can then change after logging in.
